Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Each item list is ready to ship. I have taken great care and love in handcrafting each item with your satisfaction in mind and, therefore, all sales are final. However, if there are any defects found in the materials or hardware, I only ask that you allow me time to correct them or replace your item. If a repair or replacement is not possible, then I will provide you a refund less shipping costs as long as I am notified within 14 days of receipt and the original item is returned in the condition it was received.

There will be no refunds or exchanges for issues that arise due to normal wear and tear.
